Post: PG Manager
Location: Noida Sector 126 Nearest Metro Station Okhla Bird sanctuary
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary:12k to 17k with Food and Accommodation
Salary without food and accommodation will be 17k to 25k
Age: 20 to 45
Experience: Fresher and Experienced both can apply
Male Female both can apply
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Management:
Ensure residents adhere to PG rules and regulations.
Conduct regular meetings with residents to address their concerns and provide updates on PG policies.
Facilitate a welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents.
Assist new residents with their orientation and integration into the PG community.
Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the PG.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Address and resolve any security issues or incidents promptly.
Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety of residents.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of resident information, including contact details, emergency contacts, and room assignments.
Oversee the allocation of rooms and ensure optimal use of PG capacity.
Manage the PG's budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Prepare and submit reports on PG operations, incidents, and maintenance needs.
Ensuring the water supplies in PG
Ensuring the maintenance of DG
Ensuring the collection of Rent(including Electricity Bill) on time from tenants
