- Oversee daily operations of the HR services department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage a team of HR coordinators and specialists
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve overall performance
- Handle escalated client issues and provide resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Conduct regular evaluations of the department's processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR services.
