Job Description: On-The-Job Training Program
About the Role:
At AMSONE Integration Private Limited, we are offering an exclusive on-the-job training
program for fresh graduates interested in kick-starting their careers in the IT industry, specifically in technologies related to ServiceNow. This comprehensive 3-month paid training program is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge required to excel in the field. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will have the opportunity to join our team as full-time employees.
candiates are required to pay a certain amount for the training which will be refunded to them withing the successful completion of the training in the form of a salary.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
● Exhibit a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
● Meet and exceed the targets/goals set by the organization.
● Maintain patience and composure in challenging situations.
● Hold a degree of BE/ MCA (IT and CS Only).
● Have a basic understanding of programming and software development.
Training Overview:
During the training period, candidates will gain hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions using a diverse range of technologies. Trainees will collaborate closely with product teams and other engineers to create the best possible experiences for our customers.
This program aims to enhance software craftsmanship and continuously raise the standards within our team.

● Additional programming knowledge: HTML, CSS, etc.
