Job Description
Required Skill Set and Job Role:
1. SAAS and PAAS Administration:
--Basic to intermediate knowledge of Software as a Service (SAAS) and Platform as a Service (PAAS) environments.
2. Integration Understanding:
-- Familiarity with integrations between SAAS and PAAS environments, including managing jobs and workflows within these systems.
3. Job Monitoring and Debugging:
--Experience in monitoring jobs, reviewing debug logs, and identifying potential issues or inefficiencies.
4. Troubleshooting Skills:
-- Ability to handle job failures or warnings, with the knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
5. Escalation Procedures:
-- Know when to escalate issues to the appropriate teams or groups when troubleshooting fails or when higher-level intervention is required.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
-- Good communication skills to interact with different groups for issue resolution and escalation
