Nation Wide Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Nurse Coordinator to join our team. The Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient care plans, monitoring patient progress, and working with healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Nurse Coordinator will also work closely with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout their healthcare journey. Job Description

- Coordinate and manage patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work closely with physicians to create individualized treatment plans
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
