Job Description
We are hiring for NLP Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize NLP algorithms and models to process and analyze large volumes of textual data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into NLP solutions.
- Design and implement data preprocessing pipelines for text data, including tokenization, stemming, and lemmatization.
- Evaluate and select appropriate NLP techniques and models for specific use cases, such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.
- Conduct experiments and perform model tuning to improve the performance of NLP systems.
- Integrate NLP models into production systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP research and technologies and explore their applicability to the company's projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Technical Skill:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in natural language processing, with a strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in Python programming language and its libraries commonly used in NLP tasks, such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with related services such as Amazon SageMaker, AWS Glue, or AWS Comprehend.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Preferred: Exposure to GenAI and LLM technologies, and experience in deploying NLP solutions in production environments.
