Job Description

- Manage and maintain the organization's Management Information System (MIS)
- Handle database management and data analysis tasks
- Develop and implement reports and dashboards for organizational use
- Support end-users in troubleshooting system issues and providing technical assistance
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of MIS with other systems
- Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance MIS capabilities
- Provide training and guidance to staff on how to effectively utilize MIS tools and resources
- Ensure data security and confidentiality measures are in place and adhered to
- Assist in developing strategic plans and business intelligence strategies based on MIS insights.
