Star Vision Placement is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize product placement and drive sales. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with vendors, sourcing new products, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions. The Merchandiser will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure products are visually appealing and strategically placed in stores. Must have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for design, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred. Job Description

- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop merchandising strategies
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to make informed merchandising decisions
- Plan and execute product displays in stores to maximize visibility and sales
- Ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and labeled
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and promotions
- Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and marketing materials
