Must have experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(
construction company)
- Oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various construction projects
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all MEP systems meet project requirements
- Review and approve design drawings and specifications for MEP systems
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP work and address any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Track project budgets and ensure MEP systems are installed within budget constraints
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in MEP technology to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
