Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for agreed sales / income targets
- To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
- To lead on developing marketing activities for all channels including digital to meet organizational aims with cohesiveness and creativity
- To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfil objectives
- Working closely with the team, ensure learning is integrated into sales & marketing strategy and practice
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concern
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Represent company at trade shows, associations and meetings to promote products and programs.
- Identify customer needs, develop collateral and determine product pricing and discount rates.
- Provide support for growing international sales efforts.
- Plan and execute annual sales meeting.
- Develop and implement facility sales and marketing strategy.
