Accountabilities:
Ensure health safety security of all stakeholders present in the premises.
Prepare the dispatch plan for the unit, as per the BOQ.
Create a step-by-step timeline for production in coordination with the Production, Sales and Planning team members
To coordinate between the stages of production to ensure that our Production Targets are achieved as per contractual delivery date.
Troubleshoot all problems that may be arising with respect to timely completion of the Production Plan
Ensure proper execution of Material and Daily Production Plan, both in-house and at outsourced vendors’ place, with proper adherence to the Quality.
Assess daily reports from Inhouse, and Outsourced Production units.
Provide correct MIS data, including plan versus actual, to the Management on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
Make effective decisions and use authority so that dispatch plan is timely executed.
Ensure that all resources are available on time to eliminate delay.
Desired Profile:
BE/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology will be preferred.
Or B. Sc or M. Sc Chemistry with Good Experience in Paint Companies
10+ Years of proven work experience in Paint Industries Prefered.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Team Management, grievance resolution
