Workontrix is seeking a skilled Backend Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the backend operations of our company, including managing databases, server maintenance, and ensuring smooth communication between our front-end and back-end systems. The Backend Executive will also be in charge of troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with other team members to develop new features and functionalities, and ensuring the overall efficiency and security of our backend processes. The successful candidate must have a strong background in backend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and API integration
- Collaborate with front-end developers to design seamless user experiences
- Ensure code is scalable, secure, and adheres to best practices
- Optimize and improve existing backend systems for performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the product team to implement new features and enhancements
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Document code and processes for future reference
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and estimation efforts

Experience: Freshers or 1 to 2 Years of experience.

Salary: upto 16000 Per Month (Based on Experience)
