- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Schedule and supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance services
- Monitor and track maintenance expenses to optimize spending and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional maintenance requirements
