Job Description
1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential customers through research, market analysis, and lead generation tools to create a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. 2. Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound sales activities via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with prospects, introduce our products, and articulate the value proposition effectively. 3. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives to position our SaaS products as solutions that align with their requirements. Conduct thorough discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. 4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand their ongoing needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant team for prompt resolution. 5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using our CRM system. Generate regular reports and provide sales forecasts to the sales management team. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with lead generation campaigns, promotional activities, and events. Provide feedback on marketing strategies, messaging, and lead quality to optimize sales effectiveness. 7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and our product offerings to effectively communicate their value and competitive advantages to customers. 8. Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall sales performance.
