Job Description
- Act as a liaison between employers and employees to resolve labor-related issues
- Conduct investigations into complaints regarding labor violations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Mediate disputes between workers and management
- Provide guidance and advice on labor rights and responsibilities
- Collaborate with government agencies to enforce labor laws
- Develop and implement training programs to educate workers on their rights
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on labor-related activities
- Participate in meetings and conferences related to labor issues
