Job Description
- Oversee and manage the quality control processes for all jewelry products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct inspections and audits of finished jewelry products to identify any defects or issues
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to address any quality concerns and provide feedback
- Train and supervise quality control team members to uphold company standards and procedures
- Monitor and track quality control metrics and performance to achieve continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality control issues and implement solutions
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to enhance quality control processes
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities
- Uphold a high standard of excellence in all jewelry products produced by the company
