Job Description

As an IT Hardware Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company's IT hardware business segment. You will develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales revenue, and strengthen partnerships with key clients and suppliers. This role requires a deep understanding of IT hardware products, market trends, and strong relationship-building skills.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted strategies.

 

2. **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Identify new business opportunities and lead generation tactics.

 

3. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

 

4. **New Business Development:** Identify and approach potential clients, pitching IT hardware solutions tailored to their requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals to onboard new clients.

 

5. **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize data insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience in IT hardware sales and business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of IT hardware products, technologies, and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

8. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
