- Responsible for identifying and responding to IT project bids and tenders
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for bid submissions
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive bid proposals
- Evaluate cost estimates and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness
- Prepare and submit bid proposals in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners to facilitate successful bid outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance bid presentation and messaging
- Participate in negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients
- Ensure compliance with bidding processes, regulations, and company policies.
