Role - Inventory Executive
Location - Dhumal Nagar, Vasai
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the cosmetics industry. The Inventory Executive will be responsible for overseeing the inventory process, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Additionally, proficiency in Tally software is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Tally software.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory replenishment.
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to ensure alignment on inventory needs and objectives.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, including stock turnover, aging, and shrinkage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Hands-on experience with Tally software is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in inventory management or supply chain logistics.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with beauty or cosmetics products and industry trends.
