Inventory Control of Engineering Components.
Packing, on-time dispatch, and logistics ensuring product and people safety.
Job Description
 Material Received Note (MRN) Data entry reporting.
 Material inward / outward
 Raw Material procurement planning as per customer approved drawing & purchase order.
 Preparation of Tax invoice, Purchase order & delivery challans.
 Inventory management RM Store stock maintenance
 Inventory management for Finish Goods
 Implement and sustain FIFO system.
 Proper arrangement of documents related to dispatch like Invoice copies, LR, E-Way Bill, Packing List, any other Quality or Design documents asked by client.
 Set and ensure delivery against set of metrics including:
• On time material procurement
• On time material Dispatch to customer as per schedule
Desired Profile
 BE / Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
 1-2 years experience in Stores & purchase in any industry
 Knowledge of field Instrumentation shall be added advantage.
 Good verbal and written communication (English + Local language)
