As an International Voice - Customer Support Executive (CSE) at Live Connections, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from global clients regarding product inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting, and general customer support. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be required to accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role and proficiency in English (both written and verbal) are required for this position.
Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to our international clients
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an accurate and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolutions are met promptly
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times to represent the company in a positive light
