Job Description

- Provide exceptional, proactive support to our international customers
- Communicate effectively and professionally via email, phone, and chat
- Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Flexible schedule to accommodate international customer needs and time zones
