- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction goals
- Adapt to different time zones to assist international clients
