Job Description
We are hiring for International Customer Service Executive
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with inquiries and escalations related to products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and resolutions
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and make improvements
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes
- Act as a brand ambassador for Altruist Data Labs, maintaining a positive image at all times.
