Job Role Work with a wide variety of devices to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical makeup.
Job Description
Ensure proper wiring and connections, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Ensure proper welding and fabrication job while executing orders.
Perform testing on instruments such as Hydrotest, Differential test, Functional, IR & HV test.
Responsible for ensuring accurate functioning and efficient operation of instruments.
Fill and sign the Final overview, BOQ, MDS before dispatches.
Contribute to management of spares inventory along with collection/deposition at stores.
Ensure proper housekeeping through instrument cleaning.
Ensure on time scheduling & planning of manufacturing activities as per delivery dates.
Diagnose, repair faults or malfunctions in instruments and replace defective components.
Desired Profile
BE / Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
2-3 years’ experience in production, assembly & testing.
Knowledge of field Instrumentation shall be added advantage.
Excellent in reading, interpreting and the engineering drawings.
Good verbal and written communication (English + Local language)
