Adapton is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, providing information on our products and services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently during night hours. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers during night shift hours
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly quotas
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with leads in a timely manner
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Attend regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
