- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information on company services
- Maintain and update client database with accurate and current information
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Assist with preparing sales quotes, proposals, and other client documents
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to overall company success
- Keep up to date on industry trends and competition to stay ahead in the market
- Utilize CRM system to track client interactions and manage sales leads efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients and encourage referrals
