Y-AXIS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for researching potential clients, generating leads, and presenting solutions to meet clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team. Job Description

- As an Inside Sales Executive at Y-AXIS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with Y-AXIS's services.
- Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and maximizing revenue for the company.
- You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role, knowledge of the industry, and proficiency in CRM software are preferred.
