Trackmark International is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, and closing deals over the phone and through email. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, assist with account management, and meet sales targets. Job Description

- Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and generating new business to drive revenue growth
- Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads, as well as follow up on inbound inquiries
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Use CRM software to track all customer interactions and progress towards closing deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities to effectively position Trackmark International in the market
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and build industry connections
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention of clients
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports to communicate effectively with clients
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to continually improve sales strategies and processes.
