INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within the semi-precious segment, offering a diverse range of gemstones and jewelry pieces. A flair for sales, a love for semi-precious gemstones, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and recommend suitable semi-precious gemstones and jewelry pieces to meet their requirements. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of semi-precious gemstones, including their characteristics, properties, origins, and value propositions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales. 3. Customer Consultation: Conduct personalized consultations with customers, both online and offline, to provide expert guidance on gemstone selection, jewelry design, and customization options, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. 4. Product Presentation: Showcase the beauty and uniqueness of semi-precious gemstones and jewelry through engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and storytelling techniques, highlighting their aesthetic appeal and symbolic meanings. 5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through attentive service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations, fostering trust and loyalty to the brand. 6. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, such as matching jewelry sets, complementary accessories, or customization options, to maximize sales revenue and enhance the customer's shopping experience. 7. Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, including payment transactions, shipping arrangements, and order tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment to meet customer expectations. 8. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market demand, competitor offerings, and customer preferences within the semi-precious segment, providing insights and recommendations to support sales strategies and product development Initiatives.
