Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business processes, pain points, and objectives.
  • Develop and present customized BPO solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Skills:

  • Should have 3+ yrs. of experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Zoho Only and Microsoft Office suite.
