Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients in international markets.
- Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to reach out to prospects.
- Understand client requirements, pitch relevant products or services, and provide solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and address client concerns promptly.
- Update and manage client information using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
