Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients in international markets.
  • Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to reach out to prospects.
  • Understand client requirements, pitch relevant products or services, and provide solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and address client concerns promptly.
  • Update and manage client information using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
