As an Inbound Voice Process specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of patience to address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and accurately. You will need to accurately document customer interactions, provide product information or troubleshooting assistance, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Additionally, you will need to maintain a positive and professional attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or a related field, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Updating customer information in the system
- Collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
- Meeting or exceeding call metrics and targets
- Maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Continuously improving product knowledge and communication skills.

Location: Startek- *Shivaji nagar! SPOT OFFER- Walkins from Mon to Sat!
Qualification: UG/Graduate with 1 year experience

Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
6 Days working
Rotational Shifts : (8 am - 8 pm) /9.hrs 45 mins
1 Rotational Off

CTC: Upto 29000/- per month
