Job Description
- Process import and export documentation accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements
- Track shipments and resolve any shipping and documentation issues
- Prepare and maintain records of all import and export transactions
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Monitor and update shipment schedules and delivery dates
- Verify and review all import and export documents for accuracy
- Provide support to the import and export team as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current import and export laws and regulations.
