Job Description
1. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. 2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. 3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. 4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. 5. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled. 6. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information. 7. Assisting in the planning of company events. 8. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. 9.Coordinating new hire orientations. 10. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR- related matters. 11. Recruit a person for Training and mean time Training & placement with the specific training charges ( note : Only if they are lacking in Interview performance) Nature of work : 1. The company will provide you the JD 2. Based on the JD Will start sourcing by using portals 3. Insourcing & outsourcing will be made 4. Will be working as a team to complete the client requirements 5. 7 days will be training period Training Module will be given Live training with Interview practice 6. Timing -10.00-5.00pm 7. Sourcing screening Interviewing document verification on-boarding 8. Calculating the payroll and learn the statutory laws 9. Calculate the Attendance and Ameyo (login information) Interview Process : 1. Will screen your resume 2. Schedule Interview towards our senior HR 3. Once you have been selected you will be receiving the mail 4. Offer letter released 5.Training Fee payment applicable- 5,000 . You can pay the initial amount of 1000 and the rest before onboarding. Immediate joiner preferred.
