Job Description
- Perform recruitment activities such as creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Utilize active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and assist with payroll processing
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data and generate reports
- Communicate clearly and effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Act as an expert in SMS marketing to promote HR initiatives and engage employees
- Participate in employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
