Overview:
SivaSethu Infotech Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This remote internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates (2023-2024) to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and concerns.
Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR-related documents and reports.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance-related data.
Collaborate with team leads to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to a forward-thinking HR approach.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate (2023-2024) with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Stipend and Performance:
The internship offers a stipend ranging from 1500 to 2000, based on performance.
A performance review will be conducted at the end of the internship, and outstanding interns may be considered for a permanent position.
