Job Description

- Assist the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support in organizing and maintaining employee records
- Aid in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities
- Assist in conducting research and analysis related to HR initiatives
- Help in drafting internal HR communications and policies
- Provide support in training and development programs for employees
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects
- Assist in data entry and updating HR systems and databases
- Help in organizing and attending HR meetings and events
