Job Description

- Assist in client handling and communication for recruitment projects
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates for job opportunities
- Learn and assist in HR functions such as interviewing and resume screening
- Gain experience in sourcing management for attracting top talent
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes
- Assist in organizing and conducting job fairs and recruitment events
- Develop skills in conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining recruitment databases
- Gain exposure to various HR software and tools for recruitment purposes
