We are seeking a remote HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. The HR Recruiter will also manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to negotiating offers. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key for success in this role. Job Description

- Conduct phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Source candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers
- Assist with creating job descriptions and posting job openings
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
