- Responsible for recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Manage job postings on various platforms and screen applications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system
- Handle all data entry related tasks for HR department
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
