The Achievers Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Recruitment Data Entry specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process by entering and maintaining candidate information in our database, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will support our HR team with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Responsible for recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Manage job postings on various platforms and screen applications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system
- Handle all data entry related tasks for HR department
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
