- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build relationships with community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts

- Manage recruitment process from application to onboarding
- Utilize HRIS and other recruitment tools to streamline process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the HR department
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
