The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. The HR Recruitment specialist will also be responsible for maintaining applicant tracking systems, evaluating recruitment metrics, and continuously improving the recruitment process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Description

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate candidate feedback
- Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection criteria.

Salary: 15k- 50k
