Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate candidate feedback
- Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection criteria.
Salary: 15k- 50k
