Job Description
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of Flipkart sellers
- Source and attract candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and decision makers
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and recruit top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and pipeline status
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Act as a brand ambassador for Flipkart seller, promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
