Job Description
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and track candidate information
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the organization
- Utilize internet sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and participate in interviews and assessments of candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
