Achievers Organization is seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. Duties include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Job Description

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and track candidate information
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the organization
- Utilize internet sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and participate in interviews and assessments of candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
