We provide manpower to healthcare, IT, Retails, education, hospitality, e- commerce etc sectors across India. We are the first point of contact for the candidates, we interview and evaluate the candidate and understand if they’re right fit for the job.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 ïƒ˜ Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top 

talent. This includes job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. 

 Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future 

hiring needs. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep 

them engaged with our employer brand. 

 Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing 

needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. 

 Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations 

throughout the recruitment process. 

 Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per

hire, and source of hire. 

Qualifications and Skills:

 ïƒ˜ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 

related field. 

 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 

corporate environment. Freshers can also apply. 

 Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build 

relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. And should be fluent in 

English. 

 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer knowledge. 

 Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinking skills to identify the best 

candidates and solve recruitment challenges.
