Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles and their alignment with the company culture.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Candidate Evaluation:
- Evaluate candidates’ abilities, motivations, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
- Job Offer Negotiation:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Address candidate questions and concerns during the offer stage.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s employer brand through engaging job postings and communication with candidates.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward hiring goals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
