Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  2. Screening and Assessment:
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles and their alignment with the company culture.
  3. Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  4. Candidate Evaluation:
    • Evaluate candidates’ abilities, motivations, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  5. Job Offer Negotiation:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
    • Address candidate questions and concerns during the offer stage.
  6. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  7. Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company’s employer brand through engaging job postings and communication with candidates.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
  8. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward hiring goals.
  9. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
