- Recruit top talent for various positions within the organization
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for campus recruiting
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
