Job Description

- Utilize knowledge of business HR practices to attract top talent and optimize recruitment strategies
- Manage HR administration duties such as coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new employees
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes
- Continuously seek out innovative ways to improve recruitment and retention efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies to expand candidate pool
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise between candidates and internal stakeholders.
