Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for Flipkart Seller positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for each role
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
- Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
